Dadurch werden beispielsweise Links in Benachrichtigungsmails weiterhin mit der alten Domain generiert, manchmal gibt es sogar eine Fehlermeldung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"355\" height=\"46\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bloy.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/zammad-adressfehler.webp\" alt=\"This isn+t the adress Zammad is set up for. Dazu am entsprechenden Server anmelden (ssh, Konsole, et cetera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Rails-Konsole \u00f6ffnen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>zammad run rails c<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Aktuelle Domain pr\u00fcfen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Setting.get('fqdn')<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das k\u00f6nnte z.B. so aussehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>=&gt; \"support.alt-domain.de\"<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Neue Domain setzen<\/strong><br>Die alte Domain ersetzen mit dem folgenden Befehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Setting.set('fqdn', 'tickets.neue-domain.de')<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die R\u00fcckgabe <code>true<\/code> best\u00e4tigt die erfolgreiche \u00c4nderung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. \u00c4nderung \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Setting.get('fqdn')<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \u00c4nderung ist sofort wirksam.
